Our Young People’s programmes signpost and showcase a breadth of careers and encourage opportunities in the creative arts to enable young people to reach their full potential. From early childhood through to young adults we want to nurture a lifelong love for the arts and entertainment.

Alexandra Palace would love to hear from young people aged between 16 – 24 who are interested in joining our Youth Advisory Board. Youth Advisory Board is an extension of our youth program. The Youth Advisory Board support the Creative Learning team to plan events, contribute to ongoing programs and initiatives, as well as act as ambassadors and advisers for our youth programmes. The advisory board serves as a both career development and mentoring between the executive board members, senior management team and the youth advisory board.

Getting ahead in any industry often relies heavily on the connections you made over the years but for those just starting out making these connections can seem daunting and opportunities elusive. Being part of the Young Creatives Network means you’ll get opportunities to meet industry professionals at every stage of the career whether their sharing the challenges of just starting out or staying on top at the height of their creative career.

Alexandra Palace is a charity, run for the benefit of everyone. Our Park, Palace and spectacular events have been enriching lives since 1863, but the coronavirus pandemic has hit us hard. To be blunt, we are looking at a £1m shortfall this year and the same again next year.
