There are cash machines available in the Ice Rink Café and Palm Court. These machines charge for cash withdrawal.

Our bars and cafés accept card. There is no minimum spend.

Doors for concerts open at 18:30, unless otherwise stated on your ticket.

The curfew for our concerts is 22:45.

For our concerts, we operate a shuttle bus that calls at Wood Green and Alexandra Palace Station. It costs £1 to ride to the venue, free for the return trip.

Our festival village with street food, live entertainment and craft beer opens for every Great Hall concert at 18:30.

Our cloakroom charges £2 per item. We do not accept high value items and all items are left at the owner’s risk.

Please check your ticket for age restricted information. If a ticket states 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by adult – the adult must be over the age of 21.

Latecomers may not be allowed to be enter the venue. The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry 15 minutes after a headline act has begun their performance.


Alexandra Palace does not operate a box office for the Theatre. Tickets are sold online, via our website, or by calling See Tickets.

Theatre timings may vary, for specific timings please check event page. The Theatre foyer/bar will open 90 mins before performances start, and the auditorium will open 30 minutes before performances start.

Food and drink are available to purchase throughout the day. We do not allow hot food in the theatre. Drinks are available to pre order for the interval at the Theatre Bar.

Alexandra Palace operates a Challenge 25 Policy at all of our bars.

Only food and drink purchased at Alexandra Palace is allowed inside the theatre.

Under 16’s need to be accompanied by adult, under 4s not permitted. However, events may vary so please check your ticket or the event page for performance specific age restrictions.

There is no cloakroom facility at Alexandra Palace Theatre. We do not permit any large bags or buggies in the theatre.

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the show or during the interval so please ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance starts.

We do not allow any filming, photography or recording of any kind during the performance. Anyone caught doing so will be removed and their ticket will not be refunded.

Mobile phones must be switched off for the duration of the performance.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the Theatre. Please see designated smoking areas outside and use the smoking bins provided.

Well behaved dogs are permitted into East Court. However, we only allow Assistance Dogs into the theatre.


Drones are not permitted without prior approval by Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust. Contact the venue for a copy of our drone policy.

Permission must be granted by Alexandra Palace for any filming in the Park. Please contact the venue for our filming rates.

Overnight camping is not permitted in the Park.

Amateur and professional photographers require a permit to photograph in the park. This small financial contribution goes towards the ongoing maintenance of the parkland and Palace.

The park is open throughout the day. However, the children’s playground and skatepark are locked at dusk.

At times, our outdoor events mean that areas of the Park cannot be accessed. Contact the venue for more information.


Skate hire is included in your ticket.

A £1.50 spectator fee is applicable for all public sessions. These spectator tickets can be purchased via See Tickets or at the venue.

Lockers are available for Ice Rink users. These lockers charge 50p. This is not redeemable.
